When I bought the policy, I accidentally typed in the wrong return date. It took me a week to realize it, and I thought, oh no, there goes my money, I’ll probably have to buy it again. I made that dreaded call, and wow, was I taken aback. On a Sunday night, she welcomed me with such warmth, like a morning person, so friendly. I thought, here we go, she’s gonna tell me that because I messed up, I’ll lose my cash and they’ll charge me ten times more. But no, she went over my dates again after I had given her the wrong ones. I was so flustered, yet her kindness and understanding made me dig out my cruise itinerary. She kept saying no worries, take your time, she was there to help me. AND SHE REALLY DID!! I want to express my gratitude for her kindness to this old gal.

I gotta say, this is one of the finest insurance companies I've encountered. Their customer service is really impressive, and they treat you like friends. Today, I ran into a bit of a snag trying to figure out why I couldn't extend my insurance policy. I'm still scratching my head over it, but I want to give a shoutout to a manager who helped me with a partial solution, extending it to December 31. A special thanks goes to the last customer service rep I spoke with. I had called three times before, and they kept bouncing me around without any real answers until I finally reached her. She was fantastic, promising to assist me and actually following through. Apologies for not remembering your name, but I truly appreciate your help!
